- Pet Jackets (still in original sealed packing bag)
Products NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange:
- Soaps (Federal and State regulations and general hygiene considerations prevents us from accepting
returns on soap products) - Lip Balms and Other Cosmetics

Exchange Policies and Procedures:
- Contact NW Natural Wear at: support@nwnaturalwear.com
- Provide us with your original order information (name, date, product purchased, packing slip number)
- Explain what you'd like to exchange and what you'd want in exchange for the product intended for return
- NW Natural Wear will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and Warehouse address
- Your exchange item will be shipped upon our receipt of your returned-for-exchange product
Return for Refund Policies and Procedures:

- Explain what return-eligible product you'd like to return
- NW Natural Wear will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and Warehouse address

- The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning products to NW Natural Wear
- For items returned for refund - if the original purchase included free shipping, the original cost of shipping
the product to you will be deducted from your refund - For items returned for exchange - regardless of whether the original transaction included free shipping or
not, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the items wanted in exchange (there is a
shipping cost "BUY NOW" button below to provide us with the shipping fee for your exchange transaction) - Any products returned to NW Natural Wear without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the
outside of your shipping container will be refused for delivery and returned to you - no refund will be
provided for unauthorized returns
